Masterstar was established in 1993 and operates as a commercial company dealing with the import and distribution of domestic and industrial air conditioners.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The company is the general authorised representative of GREE Electric Appliances in Cyprus since 1998 and is among the top ten dealers chosen by GREE when it decided to move to the global market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masterstar has implemented an integrated business and communication strategy throughout these years, \u00a0resulting in an excellent reputation for Gree products in the Cypriot market. As a result of a serious investment in pre and post sales training, coupled with an extensive brand awareness campaign, our clients have come to trust the quality of service and the products we are selling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sales have recovered and are now shoing an upward trend:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Top year historically was 2008 \u2013 2009 where sales reached 18,000 spilt units.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2013 Cyprus faced the worst recession ever. Masterstar reduced its operations dramatically and annual sales dropped to 2,000 sets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2016 sales reached 6,200 split units. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2017 sales over9,000 split units.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building a reliable and reputable sales agent network has been the key focus in previous years. Today 70% of our turnover is via exclusive agents.
