With the Montreal Protocol in 1987 and the Kyoto Protocol in 1997, their regulations of use are becoming more stringent in order to safeguard and protect the environment and limit its impact on it. The international market is constantly looking for more environmentally friendly refrigerants with even less environmental impact.<br \/>\nAlthough there are various types of refrigerants, the R-32 is a new refrigerant that is now focusing the most attention. Compared to the refrigerants widely used today, the R-410A, which has a ODP (Oxygen Destruction Potential) 0 Vs. R-22, which is 0,055. However, the GWP(global warming potential) value for the R-410A remains very high 2087, similar to R22. The R-32 has a GWP value one third lower than the other two and the ODP remaining 0.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, R-410A is the refrigerant most used in developed countries. However, if all R-410A air conditioners convert to R-32 air conditioners, the impact of global warming by HFCs in 2030 will drop by 19% compared to the continued use of the R-410A.
